Jay Kenkare, MD is the Medical Director of Waterbury Hospital’s Regional Sleep Center. He is Board Certified in Sleep Medicine and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Kenkare graduated from the Robert Wood Johns Medical School at Rutgers University. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency Training at Yale School of Medicine followed by a fellowship in sleep medicine.
Dr. Kenkare’s work has been featured locally and nationally including: MTV’s Real Life, NBC Connecticut, WTNH News 8, National Public Radio and the Waterbury Republican American.
