WATERBURY – (April 15, 2024) Waterbury HEALTH primary care locations in Middlebury, Naugatuck, Woodbury, Watertown and Pediatric location in Middlebury have achieved Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance.

This program highlights clinicians who demonstrate they provide high-quality patient-centered primary care. Waterbury HEALTH locations and providers have been recognized as Patient-Centered Medical Homes for the past several years.

Each day Alliance Medical Group clinicians and teams care for more than eight hundred patients.

“This recognition is a testament to the exceptional care our talented teams at Alliance Medical Group provide children and adults in greater Waterbury,” said Waterbury HEALTH and ECHN President and CEO Deborah Weymouth.

Practices that earn NCQA Recognition have demonstrated a commitment to continuous quality improvement and a patient-centered approach to care.
